*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
* Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and overall warehouse operations
* Ensure orders are correct and products meet quality standards
* Monitor stock, product movements, and inventory accuracy
* Conduct and follow up on quality control checks
* Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation
* Maintain accurate warehouse records using *Excel*
* Prepare and send daily/weekly warehouse reports
* Identify discrepancies and take appropriate action
* Ensure warehouse procedures, safety, and quality standards are followed
* Communicate effectively with management and the warehouse team

*Requirements:*
✅ Previous warehouse leadership/supervisory experience
✅ Strong *Excel* skills
✅ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
✅ Experience in *quality control, inventory, and expiry management*
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Good English communication and reading skills
✅ Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
